- As a retired dentist and owner of the Inn I have spent the last 9 years creating gardens for our guests to enjoy. The garden is a collector's garden with an emphasis on Japanese maples and perennials. It also features a large water garden with a series of 9 waterfalls and 3 ponds. I have a large greenhouse with over 1000 orchids and am President of the WNCOS. I enjoy anything related to horticulture and am a certified Master Gardener with Buncombe County.

I just saw your gardens and pools yesterday, they are beautiful, lots of hard work and you have a talent for creating. Look forward to seeing your gardens with the seasonal changes.
